Why
Chair yoga, seated movement is a great way to build strength, improve flexibility, improve breath awareness and learn how to de stress. It offers so much and really worth trying, we have a very welcoming friendly group and try to make it fun!

For anyone and everyone! Whether you have tried yoga before or are a complete novice. People with limitations of movement or are interested in an exercise practice that will help with their restrictions

Every Wednesday at the Bradbury Centre, Wokingham Town Centre, just turn up, no pre booking required:
Session 1: 10:15 - 11:00 & Session 2: 11:15 - 12:00
