My classes are for mixed ability and beginners as well. I demo the movements and provide a verbal narrative. We start with centering our body and mind, some slow joint and spinal articulation, increasing the movements progressively to warm up. We will flow through sequences on the breath, sun salutations, or warriors and some of my own and test our balance. Then down on the mat for core, twists and ending up with some longer stretch and holds. Every class ends with relaxation\meditation to conclude.

No booking, just turn up, £10 cash or card, £8 chair yoga. I have spare mats, wear loose clothing and bring a drink, I'd love to see you!
