Teaching  contemporary yoga across Berkshire, my relaxed teaching style brings clarity to yoga practice, guiding newcomers and regular yogis in developing their own practice and getting the most out of yoga.

 

With a diverse background including marathons, triathlons, mountain bike racing and distance swimming, and with a 10 year stint in the forces, I try to explain in a clear, sensible informative manner the many positive facets to yoga, avoiding the dogma. My yoga is not 'woo woo'.

Beyond the physical practice, I teach breathing techniques and headspace.

My aim is to encourage more people to roll out a mat for the first time and embark on a journey that could change their lives.
